Former Badger Alec Ingold carted off field following ugly injury on SNF
Alec Ingold has carved out a role as one of the best fullbacks in the NFL, but the former Badger sustained what appeared to be a serious injury.
Playing with the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday Night Football, Ingold twisted his knee at an awkward angle and went down without sustaining contact. He was carted off the field after the injury.

According to Tom Pelissero, the early indication is that the Raiders are fearful of a torn ACL for Ingold which would end his season. For now, he’ll go through more tests on Monday.
The #Raiders fear FB Alec Ingold suffered a torn ACL, source said. He’ll have tests Monday to confirm. A big loss of one of the NFL’s best fullbacks, team captain and key leader.

Ingold did take time to tweet out a simple reaction to the injury Sunday night. It sounds like his focus is in the right spot, but hopefully he’ll be able to return healthy as soon as possible.
I Trust God 🙏🏽
