Former Wisconsin Badgers running back Melvin Gordon has been dealing with some issues during training camp.

The current Denver Broncos running back missed practice for a second-straight day with a foot injury. Luckily for the team, Gordon’s injury doesn’t seem to be serious.

Earlier this week, head coach Nathaniel Hackett mentioned that the team was “looking at ways to manage the injury” so Gordon could play more during the regular season.

With Gordon out, Javonte Williams and Mike Boone will be the top two backs for the Broncos. Max Borghi, JaQuan Hardy, and Stevie Scott are also on the running back depth chart. They play their first preseason game this Saturday night against the Dallas Cowboys.
