Graham Mertz slings beautiful TD to Chimere Dike as Wisconsin continues rout of Illinois State
Graham Mertz is facing a lot of questions entering the 2022 season. In the Week 1 contest against Illinois State, he has been phenomenal with a highly efficient outing.
The other good news for Mertz and the Badger offense is that wide receiver Chimere Dike looks like a legitimate threat for Wisconsin. The two connected for a touchdown late in the third quarter to make it 31-0, Wisconsin.
On the play, Dike beat his man and created a lot of separation breaking out to the corner of the end zone. Mertz spun a beautifully thrown ball his direction, and it was an easy catch for the touchdown.
