Here's when Wisconsin QBs Graham Mertz, Chase Wolf can return to the team
Wisconsin has spent the past few weeks dealing with quarantines, missed time and missed games. But it finally looks like the Badgers might be making it out of the woods from their COVID outbreak.
On Friday, head coach Paul Chryst returned to the facility. Though we won’t know the COVID numbers for the team until Saturday, we learned about a possible return for Wisconsin quarterbacks Graham Mertz and Chase Wolf.
From Olivia Harlan Dekker:
Coach Chryst returned to the facility yesterday after 10 day self quarantine. UW Will update Covid numbers tomorrow. Assuming the UW- Michigan game is on, and QBs Graham Mertz and Chase Wolf are cleared, they could join the team as soon as Nov 13 (one day before the game)

With the past two Badger games canceled, the hope is that Michigan game will be played. We probably won’t know more about if it will happen until mid-week.
If that timeline is what actually happens, it’s a godsend for Wisconsin. The Badgers will still have enough games to qualify for the Big Ten West crown and they will have not had to play a game without their top two quarterbacks.
