The most feared defensive end in the NFL might be on the sideline for the rest of the year.

On Tuesday, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that Texans’ defensive lineman J.J. Watt has re-injured his back and will miss significant time, which could mean the rest of the 2016 campaign.

Watt had surgery on a herniated disc during the offseason, leaving many to wonder if the star would be healthy for the start of the season. The former Badger has played in all three games so far this year.

Watt had eight tackles and 1.5 sacks in those three games.
