Jake Ferguson sets Wisconsin record in action vs. Illinois
Jake Ferguson is likely putting the finishing touches on his career at Wisconsin, and the tight end added a Badgers record to his credit in Week 6.
Facing off against Illinois, Ferguson recorded a catch early in the second half. That gives Ferguson the record of having a catch in 39 straight games, a new Wisconsin record.

Ferguson had been tied with Lee Evans at 38 straight games coming into Saturday’s game. Evans played wide receiver for the Badgers from 1999-2003.
