Jim Leonhard, Wisconsin not shying away from magnitude of road trip to Ohio State
Jim Leonhard knows how important the Ohio State game is going to be for Wisconsin. This will not be just another game for the Badgers, according to Raul Vazquez of Badger Blitz.
Leonhard’s defense will be tested in a in a way that it hasn’t before against the Buckeyes’ offense. Ohio State leads the nation in offensive yards per game with 565.3, and hasn’t played a Power 5 team since Notre Dame in Week 1.
Braelon Allen said that Leonhard had a powerful message for the team after practice. The Wisconsin DC is setting the mood in Madison.
“We’re not going to treat this like another game, it’s not,” said Leonhard. “This is a big game. Once you accept that fact, everything will calm down for you.”

Ohio State has won the last eight meetings against Wisconsin. The last time that the Badgers beat the Buckeyes was 2010 in Madison.
Wisconsin travels to Columbus to take on Ohio State Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
