Jonathan Taylor achieved something against OSU in the first half that no player has in a game this season
Ohio State this, Ohio State that. The No. 1-ranked Buckeyes. We know, we’ve heard.
But, Wisconsin doesn’t care. The Badgers came to Indianapolis ready to play in the Big Ten Championship Game. Whether it is up front, at quarterback, defensively, or in the backfield, Wisconsin performed admirably in the first half.
The Badgers lead 21-7 with Ohio State set to receive the second half kickoff.

In the dynamic Badgers backfield, Jonathan Taylor is the king. And, so far on Saturday night, he has ruled over the Buckeyes’ defense.
He achieved something in the first half that no player has achieved in an entire game this season:

Taylor is over the 100-yard mark in the first half alone as he has rushed 13 times for 135 yards and a touchdown. As Taylor goes, Wisconsin goes. But, quarterback Jack Coan has certainly helped keep Ohio State’s defense honest as well.
