Jonathan Taylor continues ridiculously efficient streak with TD on opening drive
Jonathan Taylor is a dangerous man with the ball in his hands, and he kept one impressive streak alive against Northwestern.
Entering Saturday’s game against the Wildcats, Taylor had scored on the opening possession of Wisconsin’s first three games to start 2019. That streak was certainly helpful in getting the Badgers to 3-0.

Against Northwestern, that streak appeared to be in jeopardy as the Badgers were forced into a 4th-and-2 from inside the red zone. However, Paul Chryst put trust in his offense and went for it.
The Badgers lined up in their “Hippo” package with linemen in the backfield, and they perfectly cleared the way for Taylor. His blockers opened up a huge hole and he raced 13 yards for another game-opening score.
