On one of football’s biggest stages, Jonathan Taylor put together quite a performance.

Monday night, the Indianapolis Colts traveled to Baltimore to take on the Ravens in an important AFC matchup. The Colts didn’t come out on the right side of a 31-25 overtime decision, but the second-year running back had a huge night.

Taylor got off to a hot start, scoring on a 76-yard screen pass to give Indianapolis the early lead on Monday Night Football. He was clearly dialed in from the start.

Taylor’s night didn’t end there.

Late in the 3rd quarter, Taylor scored on a 4-yard run to give the Colts a 22-3 advantage. It was his second touchdown of the night.

Taylor ended the night with 53 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries and also totaled 116 receiving yards and a touchdown on 3 catches. Unfortunately, his big night didn’t result in a win for the Colts.

With the loss, Indianapolis dropped to 1-4 on the year.

This season, Taylor has rushed for 327 yards and 2 touchdowns on 73 carries. He’s also caught 14 passes for 197 yards and a score through 5 games.
