Jonathan Taylor is officially and Indianapolis Colt.

On Friday, the Colts announced that Taylor has signed his rookie contract with the organization. He was selected in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft with the No. 41 overall pick.

Taylor rushed for 6,174 yards and 50 touchdowns during his career at Wisconsin. Each of the last two seasons, he eclipsed the 2,000-yard mark and was heralded as one of the top running backs in college football. Last season, he improved as a pass-catcher, adding a brand new element to his game.

In his three-year career at Wisconsin, Taylor was a two-time All-American selection, a Doak Walker Award winner and was the B1G Running Back of the Year. He started in 40 of 41 career games with the Badgers.

Taylor’s contract with Indianapolis is a four-year deal.
