Jonathan Taylor’s incredible 2021 season continued on Saturday night. The result was a much-needed win for the Indianapolis Colts over the New England Patriots.

With just over 2 minutes to play in the 4th quarter, Taylor took a handoff on the second play of the drive and ripped off a 67-yard touchdown run. The score gave the Colts a 27-17 lead, sealing the victory for Indianapolis and snapping New England’s 7-game winning streak.

It was an incredible display of vision and speed as he raced to the end zone to put the Colts ahead by 10 points. Here’s the run from the former Badger:

Taylor finished the night with 170 yards and a touchdown on 29 carries, maintaining a 5.9 yards per carry average in the win. The victory bumped the Colts to 8-6 on the season.

The second-year back out of Wisconsin has been outstanding all season for the Colts. This year, he’s racked up 1,518 yards and 17 touchdowns on 270 touches. He’s also caught 36 passes for 336 yards and a pair of touchdowns, as well.

Indianapolis is back in action on Christmas day, traveling to play the Arizona Cardinals.
