Jordan Davis, Wisconsin guard, decides on future after 3 seasons with Badgers

Jordan Davis is reportedly leaving Wisconsin after 3 seasons. The Badgers guard has decided to enter the NCAA transfer portal and look for opportunities elsewhere.
According to reports, Davis met with the UW coaching staff Thursday and decided he could find more playing time by transferring.

Davis saw his role increase over 3 seasons. Davis’ career began in the 2020-21 season when he played in just 13 games, averaging 1.5 minutes per contest. As a sophomore, he made 27 appearances, averaging 6.5 minutes per game.
Davis recorded his first starts as a junior. He made 35 appearances this past season, starting 18 games. He averaged 5.1 points and 3.5 rebounds over 20.6 minutes per game. Davis’ last start came on Jan. 25 at Maryland.
Davis posted his season-high in scoring (15 points) and minutes (38) in the Jan. 23 game at Northwestern.
We’ll see what’s next for Davis.
