Mabrey Mettauer is heading to the B1G. The QB out of The Woodlands, Texas posted his decision from his social media account on Saturday.

Mettauer will be joining Luke Fickell at Wisconsin. Mettauer picked the Badgers over North Carolina, Kansas State, Arizona State, and Arkansas. Mettauer is a 4-star QB from the 2024 class per the 247Sports Composite.

Here’s what Mettauer had to say about the decision:

“I am grateful for the opportunities that I’ve  been blessed with,” said Mettauer. “With lots of prayer, I have decided to follow Luke Fickell and Phil Longo to the Big 10 where I will look forward to playing in the Air Raid!”

Mettauer comes in at 6-foot-5, 215 pounds. Mettauer is the No. 21 QB and No. 41 Texas prospect from his class.

Wisconsin recently added former Oklahoma QB Nick Evers to its ranks. Evers played in 1 game for the Sooners this season and decided to transfer.

Mettauer is the first QB to commit to Fickell’s 2024 class. It looks like Mettauer will be playing college football in B1G country.
