Multiple players in question for Wisconsin's Las Vegas Bowl matchup vs. Arizona State
Wisconsin might be without multiple players for its Las Vegas Bowl matchup against Arizona State on Thursday, Dec. 30. Jeff Potrykus of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported the news on Monday.
Per Potrykus, fullback John Chenal, defensive end Matt Henningsen, center Joe Tippmannm offensive tackle Logan Bruss and tight end Jack Eschenbach could all miss the game because of health-related and/or injury issues.
In addition, running backs coach Gary Brown is not currently in Vegas. Garrett Groshek was brought back temporarily to coach the position group.

A more conclusive roster update should be provided at a later date. Wisconsin is not in action until Thursday, Dec. 30 with kickoff scheduled for 10:30 p.m. ET.
Wisconsin closed the season with an 8-4 record, which included a seven-game winning streak after a 1-3 start. Arizona State is also 8-4 entering the contest.
