Wisconsin WR Quintez Cephus was suspended Monday after charges of sexual assault were formally filed. An updated report by Jeff Potrykus of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reveals that Cephus was not the only Badgers player involved in the incident.

Potrykus reports that in the criminal complaint filed about the incident, Wisconsin wide receiver Danny Davis, who is Cephus’ roommate, is mentioned as present at the time of the encounter and reportedly took photos of one of the women. Wisconsin declined comment when Potrykus asked about Davis’ involvement.

Davis has not been charged in the matter and has not been suspended by the university. Cephus will appear in court Thursday to face charges of second degree sexual assault of an intoxicated victim and third degree sexual assault.
