Wisconsin’s offense is struggling today, and it might get worse without its starting center.

Joe Tippmann hasn’t played yet against Michigan after getting poked in the eye during warmups, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. It’s unclear if he’ll wind up seeing the field.

Kayden Lyles got the start at center for Wisconsin, but losing Tippmann is a big hit for the Badgers O-Line. Oh, they’re also going up against the 2nd-best defense in the B1G in No. 14 Michigan. That’s certainly less than ideal for Paul Chryst’s squad.

The Badgers currently have 76 yards of total offense, but that number was -2 yards before their most recent drive, which resulted in a field goal. Michigan currently leads Wisconsin 10-3 in the 2nd quarter on FOX.
