Sean Payton was recently hired as head coach of the Denver Broncos, taking over a team that has seen its fair share of struggles this past season.

This leaves Payton as the leader of former Wisconsin quarterback Russell Wilson, who was recently traded to Denver from Seattle. Wilson has developed a reputation of doing things differently in the NFL to go with his obvious talent for the game.

Wilson has had a personal QB coach during his time in Denver, something that Sean Payton was asked about Monday. In response, Payton insisted that the concept was foreign to him and that only players and staff would be allowed in the team building moving forward.

The Broncos finished the season 5-12 this past year, prompting the firing of Nathaniel Hackett after less than one season.

Let’s see if Payton can turn things around.
