A.J. Taylor’s season and college career at Wisconsin is over.

Taylor initially sustained an injury to his right leg in the game against Minnesota and did not return to action. He was listed as questionable for Saturday’s game earlier in the week, but that status was updated on Friday.

According to Jeff Potrykus with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Wisconsin officials confirmed that Taylor will miss the rest of the year as a result of the injury. That includes the B1G Championship as well as the bowl game for the Badgers.

As a senior, the injury effectively ends Taylor’s career at Wisconsin. He was third on the team with 267 receiving yards and had two touchdowns. For his career, Taylor has 89 catches, 1,316 receiving yards, and 10 TDs.
