August practices can be grueling for college football teams. After constant workouts and drills, it’s good to incorporate a little fun into the routine.

That’s what members of Wisconsin’s football team did after practice. And the guys unwound in an athletic way.

Three players took part in a backflip competition, egged on by the folks at Big Ten Network. All three guys were proven backflippers, making the contest even more interesting.

We’re not certain how Paul Chryst felt about his players doing backflips after practice with the season so close. If anyone would’ve gotten hurt, he might’ve boycotted any and all interviews with BTN in the future.

Here’s the backflip competition that took place in Madison. Who would you crown the winner?
