Jack Cichy’s relentless work ethic is starting to show through in the NFL.

The ex-Wisconsin linebacker knows a thing or two about adversity. He previously injured his knee while with the Badgers, and his rookie season was cut short after six games in 2018.

Now, Cichy is back and working hard in training camp with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Not only has he looked good, but he is also one of the favorite players of head coach Bruce Arians.

In a video shared by Tampa Bay of Arians’ recent press conference, he said Cichy has demonstrated how tough he is and is working hard as a leader:

“How tough he is,” said Arians, “And how much the game means to him. He’s one of those guys, he never shuts up. He’s hollering out there to somebody else…he’s turned into one of my favorites.”

Cichy recorded 121 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, and 6.5 sacks with the Badgers. You can see all of Arians’ comments about Cichy, courtesy of the Buccaneers:
