Two days ago, Houston Texans star J.J. Watt challenged people on social media to come together and raise money for victims of the mass flooding in Houston. The goal was set at $200,000.
Just 48 hours and a few viral videos later, over $4 million has been donated to the cause, an incredibly remarkable figure considering the short time frame.
While the millions of dollars that has been raised is an unbelievable accomplishment, Watt doesn’t want the fundraising to stop. The new goal? $5 million.
