The Jonathan Taylor Heisman campaign is already off and running.

It didn’t take long for the Wisconsin super back to get back into the groove, taking a first quarter handoff 47 yards for the first Badgers touchdown of the season. Oh, and he dragged a Western Kentucky defender in the process.

Yeah, Taylor is picking up exactly where he left off last season.

As a freshman, Taylor rushed for nearly 2,000 yards for the Badgers last fall and has been one of the early favorites to win the Heisman Trophy this fall.

It took one quarter for him to prove why he belongs in the conversation.
