Three Wisconsin seniors will be on the field on Saturday, participating in the annual Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama. Practice got underway this week, and players are hoping to impress NFL scouts over the next few days.
Offensive linemen Beau Benzschawel and Michael Deiter, along with fullback Alec Ingold, are the three Badgers taking part in this season’s Senior Bowl. After the first day of practice, it sounds like the three are getting an excellent experience.
The players are enjoying the opportunity to compete one final time, as well as talk with NFL scouts and leave a lasting impression. It’s been a great opportunity for all three to help their draft stock for later this spring.
Benzschawel, Deiter and Ingold all spoke about their experiences in Mobile. You can hear what they had to say in the video below:
"It's pretty intense. It's very fun."
