ESPN SEC Network analyst and former Florida quarterback Tim Tebow joined First Take on Friday to discuss College Football Championship weekend. And during his interview, he straight out said that the Wisconsin Badgers do not deserve a chance to be in the College Football Playoffs just because they are undefeated.

In his mini rant, Tebow said the committee needs to select the four best teams in the country. Not the four best teams based on which one is more deserving or who finishes undefeated. Tebow believes the committee should select four teams based on their on-field performances.

While, Tebow made some good points, the thing he said that created a lot of controversy was, “If Alabama played Wisconsin, they would probably beat the breaks off of them.” That statement did not sit well with FOX college football analyst Joel Klatt.

On BTN’s B1G Championship preview show on Friday, Klatt called out Tebow and the SEC’s strength of schedule.

Klatt questioned why doesn’t Alabama come to Wisconsin if the Crimson Tide would “beat the breaks off of” the Badgers. He also stated that Alabama coach Nick Saban and company have only played two true road games in 10 years, which is the fewest in the country.

So, when will we get Alabama-Wisconsin in a regular season game now?
