Wisconsin’s senior class has never lost Paul Bunyan’s Axe. Well, basically every senior class of the last decade has never been beaten by Minnesota.
The Badgers aren’t anticipating a change this year, either.
Saturday, Wisconsin and Minnesota will go toe-to-toe in Madison with Paul Bunyan’s Axe on the line. And those Badger seniors want to keep that trophy. Bad.
On Tuesday, Wisconsin dropped a hype video honoring the seniors, as well as the importance of keeping the Axe in Madison. It’s the perfect video to put on repeat in the days leading up to the matchup.
Wisconsin hasn’t lost the annual game against Minnesota since 2003, winning 14 straight. The hype video can be viewed below:
