WATCH: Wisconsin QB commit Graham Mertz off to an impressive start in All-American Bowl
Graham Mertz led his team to a touchdown in less than two minutes in Saturday’s All-American Bowl.
The 4-star quarterback and Wisconsin commit connected with 5-star receiver Dominick Blaylock on a beautiful pass-and-catch. Blaylock, a Georgia commit, then turned a first down catch into a touchdown, taking the pass 57 yards to the end zone.

On the following drive, Mertz delivered another beautiful pass to Blaylock for the second touchdown pass of the first quarter.

Wisconsin has been excited about the pledge from Mertz, and he’s showing why fans can’t wait to see him in Madison.
Mertz is a Mission, Kansas native and is ranked as the top player from his home state. He’s listed as the No. 4 pro-style quarterback in the 2019 class and is ranked No. 102 overall.
He got off to a hot start in the All-American Bowl.
