When Miami jumped out to a 14-3 lead in the Orange Bowl, it looked like the Hurricanes might run away from Wisconsin early. But thanks to a few tremendous plays, the Badgers were able to work their way back into the contest.

A.J. Taylor was one of the players to help get Wisconsin headed back in the right direction.

On a second down play in the second quarter, Alex Hornibrook targeted Taylor in one-on-one coverage with a Miami defender. That’s when Taylor made an unbelievable catch with a Hurricane in his face to give the Badgers a 17-14 lead in the contest.

Taylor caught 23 passes for 370 yards and four touchdowns for Wisconsin this season, ranking third on the team. But his touchdown grab in the Orange Bowl might’ve been his most important yet.

The Badgers took a 24-14 lead into halftime.
