Jonathan Taylor capped an epic performance with a touchdown he’ll never forget.

Saturday’s matchup between Wisconsin and Purdue needed extra innings, as the two teams battled back and forth all afternoon in West Lafayette. In triple overtime, the Boilermakers took a 44-41 advantage on the leg of Spencer Evans. The Badgers needed a field goal to tie or a touchdown to win.

That’s when Taylor delivered. On the second play of triple overtime, the Wisconsin running back ripped off a 17-yard touchdown for the win.

The Badgers notched their 13th straight win over the Boilermakers with the score.

Taylor rushed for a career-high 321 yards and had three touchdowns on 33 carries. He averaged 9.7 yards per carry and ripped off several big runs throughout the game.

Wisconsin improved to 7-4 on the season with the victory. Purdue dropped to 5-6.
