Wisconsin has not had the season it dreamed of in 2018.

The Badgers are currently 6-4 overall and 4-3 in the Big Ten. With 2 games remaining, Wisconsin already can’t win the Big Ten West division. The disaster started when BYU went into Camp Randall Stadium and got a massive upset.

Then, Wisconsin traveled to face Michigan and lost by 25 points. Losses to Northwestern and Penn State since then have just been the cherry on top, and QB Alex Hornibrook has missed 2 of the last 3 games due to concussion issues.

On Thursday after practice, Wisconsin coach Paul Chryst spoke with the media and gave an extremely quick update to Hornibrook’s status for the game on Saturday at Purdue:

Chryst said that Hornibrook is still in concussion protocol, but he was seen throwing Thursday. That may be a good sign.

We’ll find out Saturday at 3:30 p.m. on BTN if Hornibrook will start against the Boilermakers.
