The Wisconsin receiver, who hadn’t played since the Illinois game because of a broken fibula, certainly has not lost a step. He promptly delivered one of the top plays of the bowl season on his second grab of the night.

And if this isn’t a SportsCenter top play, I don’t know what is.

Needless to say, Wisconsin missed Wheelwright.
