Michigan is undefeated no longer.

Wisconsin posted a 64-54 victory over No. 2 Michigan in Madison on Saturday, handing the Wolverines their first loss of the year. The Badgers improved to 12-6 with the victory and 4-3 in B1G play.

The Wolverines are 17-1 on the season and 6-1 in conference. Virginia is now the only undefeated team remaining in college basketball.

Ethan Happ was the star for Wisconsin, totaling 26 points on 12-of-22 shooting. He also totaled 10 rebounds and seven assists in the win. Nate Reuvers and Aleem Ford each pitched in nine points and Brad Davison added eight.

Michigan was led by Jon Teske, who scored 15 points. Jordan Poole and Zavier Simpson chipped in with 14 points and 11 points, respectively.

The big issues for Michigan was turnovers, as the Wolverines committed 17, wile Wisconsin had just 11.

Wisconsin fans stormed the floor at the end of the game, celebrating Wisconsin’s huge win over Michigan in Madison. The Badgers improved to 14-3 against the Wolverines at the Kohl Center.
