Vegas isn’t giving Illinois much of a chance to pull off an upset against Wisconsin this weekend.

Sunday night, Jeremy Werner of Illini Inquirer tweeted out that the Badgers were a 26-point favorite for this Saturday’s head-to-head match-up with Illinois.

Wisconsin enters Saturday’s match-up at 7-0 while the Illini are at 2-5. The Badgers are coming off a lopsided win over Maryland and Illinois dropped to 0-4 in the B1G after a loss to Minnesota.

The all-time series is actually pretty close between the two programs, with Wisconsin having a the slight edge with a 40-37-7 mark. However, the series has been owned by Wisconsin lately. The Badgers have won the last seven meetings, and 11 of the last 12.

The only win Illinois has posted since 2002 came in 2007.

Saturday’s game between the Badgers and Illini is schedule to kickoff at noon ET and will air on ESPN.
