It’s not too often you see Nebraska pegged as a heavy underdog at home. But Wisconsin are opening as nearly two-touchdown favorites against the Huskers this weekend.

The Badgers are a 12.5-point favorite for Saturday’s game in Lincoln. Wisconsin is fresh off a 33-24 win against Northwestern in its B1G opener. Nebraska cruised to a 28-6 win over Illinois on Friday night.

The Badgers have dominated this series since Nebraska joined the B1G in 2011. They’ve won five of six meetings, including a 70-31 victory in the 2012 B1G Championship Game.

The last two meetings have come down to the wire but Wisconsin has prevailed each time. Two years ago, the Badgers won 23-21 after a late field goal. Last season, Wisconsin pulled through at Camp Randall Stadium in overtime.

Saturday’s game is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET.
