Wisconsin added a new commitment to its 2025 recruiting class.

Cody Haddad, an ATH prospect from Cleveland, announced his pledge to play for Luke Fickell’s program on Wednesday.

“I would like to thank my family, friends, and coaches for their continued support during this recruiting process,” Haddad wrote in a note posted to social media. “Mainly, I would like to thank God for giving me ability to pursue my dreams. I am very proud to announce that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at the University of Wisconsin. #BadgerNation”

Out of Saint Ignatius High School, Haddad is listed as measuring 6-1, 175 pounds. He is rated 3-stars, the No. 15 recruit in the state of Ohio and No. 32 ATH prospect by 247Sports, which projects him to play safety in college.

Haddad has picked up scholarship offers from 16 programs during his recruitment. Wisconsin beat out Nebraska, Purdue, Boston College, Cincinnati, Duke, Kansas and others to land Haddad’s commitment.

With Haddad on board, Luke Fickell’s staff now has five verbal commitments in the 2025 recruiting class. Badger fans can get a preview of what Haddad brings to Madison by checking out highlights from his junior season, below, via Hudl:
