Wisconsin continued its incredible defensive season in a 38-0 victory against Michigan State. The biggest reason the Badgers earned their fourth shutout of 2019 was linebacker Chris Orr, and for his efforts, he received the Lott IMPACT Trophy Player of the Week honors.

In the blowout against the Spartans, Orr led the Badgers with six tackles. He also posted a sack, one quarterback hurry and one pass defended.

The shutout against Michigan State was Wisconsin’s first against a Big Ten team this season. Wisconsin’s other three shutouts came against South Florida, Central Michigan and Kent State. The Badgers have allowed just 29 points in six games this season.
