Wisconsin and Nebraska established a trophy game in 2014, but the series has been completely one-sided since then.

The Freedom Trophy was established in 2014 when both teams became division rivals in the B1G West. Though trophy games are a great part of college football, Nebraska has yet to win this one. The Badgers are 5-0 since 2014 with six straight wins in the series.

On Monday, Wisconsin LB Zack Baun was asked about the game as a rivalry. Simply put, he said he doesn’t view Nebraska as a rival.

Why? Wisconsin’s never lost the trophy:

“No pressure, it’s just another game,” said Baun. “The trophy’s never left here, so I don’t think it’s a rivalry yet. Maybe it was before but it definitely isn’t anymore.”

Zach Heilprin with 96.7 The Zone shared the video of Baun’s comments:

Baun leads the Badger defense with 12 tackles for loss and is second on the team with 7.5 sacks.
