Backup QB Chase Wolf is now in the game for the Badgers.
Mertz struggled for almost the entirety of the first half of this game, but he led a game-changing touchdown drive in the final minute of the first half to make 13-10 at the break.
So far in this contest, he is 8-of-15 for 115 yards and 1 touchdown.
