Yes, Penn State-Minnesota was the headliner for the Big Ten this week. But, don’t tell Wisconsin or Iowa that.

The Badgers and Hawkeyes don’t like each other and play for the Heartland Trophy each season. Late in the third quarter, Wisconsin may have sealed the deal against its rival.

The Badgers were driving on the Hawkeyes and led 14-6. Another score would make it a two-touchdown game and Wisconsin’s defense has been playing stout all afternoon long.

Quarterback Jack Coan found wide receiver Quintez Cephus along the sideline on a third-and-three from the Iowa 27-yard-line and Cephus made a bit of a circus-type catch.

Take a look:

Cephus may have gotten away with a bit of a push off, but regardless, he made a pretty acrobatic catch on the ball and then stayed inbounds to take it into the end zone.

Wisconsin now leads 21-6 at the end of the third quarter. The Badgers-Hawkeyes game is airing on FOX.
