As people in Kentucky continue to recover and rebuild from a devastating string of storms last weekend, Wisconsin big man Chris Vogt continues to do his part to help raise funds for the recovery efforts.

Vogt began his career at Northern Kentucky as a center out of Mayfield, Kentucky, the town hit hardest by the December storms. He also spent time at Cincinnati before transferring to Wisconsin for the 2021-22 season.

On Saturday morning, Vogt revealed a $100,000 donation for the recovery efforts. He attributed the donation to an anonymous figure.

“It is my honor to donate this check to the Mayfield/Graves County Tornado Relief Fund on the behalf of an anonymous donor,” wrote Vogt on Twitter. “Everyone’s generosity through this crisis continues to amaze me.”

Vogt has also launched a GoFundMe to raise money for the area. In 6 days, Vogt’s GoFundMe has raised over $166,000.
