The transfer portal has opened the floodgates the past few seasons with players transferring in and out of programs. The B1G has felt the brunt of the transfer portal, with many players transferring out of their respective schools.

Michigan State has had 2 more players transfer on Monday morning. Redshirt freshman WR Ian Stewart and freshman LB Cole DeMarzo entered the transfer portal.

This season for the Spartans, Stewart has 1 catch for 8 yards and only played in 17 snaps this season, according to Rainer Sabin of the Detroit Free Press.

Demarzo did not play this season for the Spartans. That is now 3 Spartans to transfer on just this Monday alone in a matter of hours. Earlier in the day, tight end Kameron Allen also decided to enter the transfer portal.

Michigan State is in a New Year’s Six Bowl for the first time in 6 seasons as they are in the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl against No. 12 Pitt on Dec. 30 at 7:00 ET on ESPN.
