Talent in the B1G is spread out across all positions. While the quarterbacks get much of the attention, the conference has plenty of other quality players.

Sports Illustrated recently released its list of college football’s 25 most intriguing non-quarterbacks. The B1G has 10 stars on the list, with Jaxon Smith-Njigba leading the way at No. 2 overall.

Alabama’s Will Anderson Jr. is listed at the top spot.

Little surprise with Smith-Njigba at No. 2 overall. The wideout is coming off a Rose Bowl performance where he caught 15 passes for 347 yards and 3 touchdowns. Overall, Smith-Njigba caught 95 passes for 1,606 yards and 9 touchdowns. Keep in mind Ohio State had two wideouts (Chris Olave/Garrett Wilson) taken in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

Keep an eye on Decoldest Crawford at the bottom. Crawford has been making waves in the NIL world with a perfect deal that recently went viral.

Let’s see if his early stardom translates to the field in Lincoln.
