Nebraska has the longest-running sellout streak in college football as it stands. The current streak is at 386 games, with three home games remaining. The Huskers hope to get it to 389 consecutive games to keep the streak alive.

There was a brief moment that the sellout streak was in jeopardy with the team not performing well and the recent firing of head coach Scott Frost.

Recently, a Husker fan spent $21,000 on a large portion of the remaining home tickets to help keep the nation’s longest sellout streak alive for the 2022 season.

Nebraska’s Athletic Director Trev Alberts appeared on the Husker Radio Network and confirmed that there are still tickets to be sold for the three remaining home games, according to Evan Bland of the Omaha World-Herald.

Nebraska’s final three home games are against Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The Huskers are on a bye this week before a home date against Illinois on Saturday, October 29, at 3:30 ET.
