Spartan legend Apisa inducted to MSU Hall of Fame

Former MSU FB Bob Apisa was among five former Spartans to be inducted into the school’s Athletics Hall of Fame Thursday.
Apisa played in East Lansing from 1965 to 1967, scoring 19 TDs, including a 38 yarder in the 1966 Rose Bowl against UCLA.

Apisa joined former soccer player and coach Joe Baum, track and field athlete Bob Cassleman, basketball player Kristin Haynie and former administrator Clarence Underwood to be inducted Thursday night.
