For Week 2, the Wildcats had a bye. So as it stands, the team is currently 0-1 overall. Northwestern is looking for its first win. On Saturday, for Week 3, the Wildcats host UNLV for a 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff. The game will be televised on BTN.
However, Northwestern won’t be at full strength. Running back Isaiah Bowser, the team’s starter, left the Week 1 game against Stanford due to an unspecified knee injury. On Friday, Northwestern gave an update on Bowser for UNLV:

Not good for the Wildcats. UNLV may not be a powerhouse, but if Northwestern is without its top back, life may prove to be more difficult than perhaps it could have been Saturday afternoon.
