Big Ten volleyball is getting set to heat up this weekend with the start of conference play for the 2022 season. All 14 teams will be in action with nonconference play wrapping up.
The B1G remains well-represented in the latest AVCA Coaches Poll though the top-10 experienced a good bit of reshuffling.

On Wednesday, BTN analyst Emily Ehman updated her power rankings heading into the conference slate. At the top of Ehman’s list is Nebraska, a Huskers team that also leads the conference at No. 3 on the AVCA Poll.
From there, Ehman praised the work of Penn State and Minnesota. Wisconsin – defending national champs – checked in at No. 4 on Ehman’s list for an inconsistent nonconference performance while Ohio State made the top 5 for weathering a tough nonconference schedule.
