ESPN's FPI predicts outcome of The Game, B1G East winner
A lot is once again on the line when The Game rolls around with Ohio State and Michigan set for a battle in Ann Arbor.
This time around, the B1G East will once again be up for grabs. Ohio State enters the game at 10-1 with the lone loss coming early in the season to Oregon. Michigan is also at 10-1 with that loss coming at the hands of Michigan State.
Now, it’s a winner take all matchup for a spot in Indianapolis. The winner of The Game will also be favored vs. whoever wins the B1G West while having a likely shot at a College Football Playoff bid.
Heading into Week 13, ESPN’s FPI has updated the odds to win The Game and the B1G East. Ohio State enters the game as the favorite with a 61.1% chance of winning and advancing to Indy. Vegas also favored the Buckeyes, starting the Week 13 line at Ohio State -7 vs. Michigan.
Needless to say, this is another edition of the rivalry you will not want to miss. Will Ohio State make it 9 straight wins vs. Michigan, or can the Wolverines finally get the monkey off their backs with an upset of the Buckeyes?
Saturday’s kickoff is set for 12 pm EST on FOX.
