Here’s every B1G decommitment heading into the 2019 season
No team wants to lose recruits, but decommitments are an unfortunate aspect of any program.
When it comes to selecting a school, high school players usually have a tough task at hand. For some, the decision is an easy one based on family history, location, and offers on the table. For others, the number of offers and universities can make the decision much harder.
Regardless of the reason, it is not unusual to see a young player change his mind before signing a letter of intent. Each team deals with them from time-to-time, and it is simply a part of the recruiting process.
The race for the best class in the 2020 signing period is already on and will continue throughout the season. Some players are already firm on their decisions, but there is a lengthy list of players who have decommitted from their original choice.
