LOOK: Purdue banner in Indianapolis highlights Rondale Moore torching Ohio State defender
Remember the Big Ten Championship a season ago?
Ohio State, winners of the Big Ten East division, took on Northwestern, the winners of the Big Ten West division. The Buckeyes won the football game in Indianapolis 45-24.
However, prior to the B1G title game, Ohio State did have one hiccup. Against Purdue, the Buckeyes suffered their only loss in a huge way, losing 49-20. That loss, some may argue, is the reason why Ohio State didn’t make the College Football Playoff at 12-1 overall and winners of the B1G.
Maybe had Ohio State lost by three or seven points, the 2018 season would have ended differently. That certainly wasn’t the case, though.
Purdue absolutely took it to Ohio State.

The Buckeyes were dominated in every sense in the football game. The 49-20 final score almost makes it look better than it truly was.
On Tuesday, a photo surfaced in downtown Indianapolis of a banner that highlights that massive Purdue-Ohio State upset:

If you’re a Buckeye fan, you have to hate this. Hopefully, Ohio State will be able to get back to Indianapolis once again this season to shut that banner up.
If you’re a Purdue fan, though, you have got to love this — and hopefully see it in person when (if) the Boilermakers make it to the B1G Championship this season.
