What else is one to do when you win the Cheez-It Bowl?

For the Oklahoma State Cowboys and Mike Gundy, they went up against Miami on Tuesday evening. It was all Oklahoma State early with the team racing out to a 21-0 lead in the first quarter.

However, things became much more interesting the rest of the way. With starting quarterback D’Eriq King knocked out of the game with a scary knee injury, Miami backup N’Kosi Perry threw for 228 yards and two touchdowns off the bench.

The Hurricanes battled all the way back to trail by three points at 37-34 and got the ball back with a chance to go down and tie or win the game. Oklahoma State’s defense stood tall, getting the ball back and running out the clock.

As the time expired, the Cowboys hit head coach Mike Gundy with a special twist on the traditional victory bath. Instead of Gatorade, Gundy was the recipient of a tub of Cheez-its.
